A selection of scenes from Shakespeare's classic romantic comedy As You Like It is a confection—a dream-like tale of faithful friends, warring families, and lovers in disguise. 

Forced into exile, Duke Senior, his daughter Rosalind, and niece Celia, find themselves in the Forest of Arden, a transformational, fantastical place, where all find a sense of community, acceptance, and maybe even love!

Lighthearted and fun, As You Like It explores the difference between court and rural life, and ultimately what makes love rather than a fantasy. 

Henderson County Public Library is proud to host the Evansville Shakespeare Players for a preview performance Saturday, August 5^th at 5:30 pm. 

The show will be performed August 11-13 at 6:30 pm at Willard Public Library in Evansville. 

All performances are free.
